At Lootbox.com, all purchases, including virtual boxes, credits, XP, and other platform items, are final and non-refundable. However, under specific circumstances, refunds may be considered.
General Non-Refundable Items:
Virtual boxes, in-store credits, XP, and fees for platform features are non-refundable.
Virtual items, including physical goods won from boxes, are also non-refundable.
Unused Credits:
Refunds for unused credits may be considered if requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. The unused credits will be deducted from your account if a refund is approved.
Damaged or Faulty Physical Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Lootbox will cover return shipping costs.
Cryptocurrency and Exchanges:
Items exchanged for credits or cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are irreversible.
Billing Discrepancies:
Report billing errors within 30 days to [email protected]. After this period, charges are considered valid and non-refundable.
Chargebacks:
Accounts involved in chargebacks may be terminated, and any associated balances, credits, or items forfeited.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Lootbox reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion.
