If you see the status notification "Sumsub is currently verifying your data" on your account, it indicates that the documents and information you submitted are under review. Sumsub is verifying your identity details and proof of address to check that they meet the required standards. Once the review is complete, the verification outcome will be relayed back to Lootbox, and you will be notified accordingly.
Why Did My Verification Fail?
